Designer, Alisa Cohen, has been designing jewelry for the past 20 years. She has a long list of fans-and for good reason. Her love of vintage and natural materials is evident in her collection as well as store. Inspired by travels to Europe and the Far East, Alisa's current line, Pocket Change, consists of real coins that have been stamped and transformed into many of her treasured pendants.
I recently got a tour of the new flagship boutique in Studio City. There's a DIY jewelry bar where clients can create and are encouraged to channel their inner designer. Select your chain, gold, silver, or bronze charms and pendants... It's endless fun for anyone who loves jewelry. There's a fabulous selection of stone, wrapped, and studded bracelets too. I also got a peek inside Alisa's studio where she's working on all things lovely. Some exciting pieces to come.
