Style Inspiration: Memorial Day Weekend

What a gorgeous start to our Memorial Day weekend... Our son had been asking to see the latest Kung Fu Panda 2 since the previews. We've been dying to see it too. For us, there's no better theatre than at The Grove. It's such a great place to take the family; to shop, just people watch or enjoy the Farmer's Market.

The Look: Wearing one of my favorite trends of the season; the maxi dress. I love the vibe that it brings to my wardrobe; part boho, so easy, and laid-back. I've been wearing the denim jacket with just about everything this spring. This classic by Levi's is so chic and affordable. For strolling the mall, my go-to bag is the crossbody. Fabulous details on this Madewell and it fits everything I need including a camera. The watch was a gift from hubs. Loooove.

Style Inspiration: Catching the Sunset

The Look: The weather in Hawaii is incredibly warm; even at sunset. So there's no need for layering. This maxi dress was just perfect for lounging by the pool. I especially love the draping and it's not too tight (I can breathe). These gold accessories are very special to me. Wearing them always puts a smile on my face.
