Spotted just at LAX, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian looking so couples chic. She's wearing a pale top and new favorite, colored skinnies by M2F Brand Denim in Starflower. Love that these jeans are eco-friendly too. And this spring, they're offering them in a palette of soft yellow, orange, pink, blue, green, cream, and lavender. Love, love!!

Airport styles haven taken the spotlight since celebs are being snapped to and from their travels. And thank goodness, maybe this will inspire more appropriate airport attire and less pj's and slipper sightings.

Spring hasn't been too kind to us this week. We've had rainstorms nearly everyday and needless to say I haven't been too inspired to take pics. But today actually felt like the first day of spring:)
The Look: Definitely not "mommy" appropriate for school events; with skinnies, yes. But dressing up my denim shorts with a blazer is such a fun way to do "work." There's something about throwing on a blazer that really makes any outfit feel more chic and put together. I've had this black jacket forever. It's my go-to. And I kept accessories simple, with just a floral scarf to brighten up the look.

As much as I love denim, it's great to see the pant making a return this season. What's so perfect about the chino is that it's both low-key and polished.
The Look: I see this for lunch meetings; Dads, for school events; weekends around town. Layer a checked shirt (another spring trend) with a basic or graphic tee. Keep the look easy with rolled sleeves. And as always, just the right accessories can add another level of chic. A military style watch is perfect for day; love how the olive band on this one picks up the colors of the shirt. And a classic canvas shoe in natural/navy looks so chic and fresh for spring. Love this.
Tip: A khaki or stone chino looks great on everyone. But this spring, try stepping out of your comfort zone with a colored chino. Finish with a neutral shoe.

Linea Pelle is the latest handbag designer to offer a collection at Target. LPLP by Linea Pelle is priced from $9.99-$34.99 and includes everything from handbags, wallets, belts to jewelry.
Seeing the collection in-person, I can definitely say it offers great value and style for the price. Bags are done in faux-leather with distinctive hardware iconic to the LP brand. Favorites are the white collection: wallet, crossbody, and drawstring handbag.
LPLP by Linea Pelle is now available at Target as well as target.com.

There's a familiar trend resurfacing this spring... Celebs around town seem to have a thing for denim on denim.
Whitney Port pairs her denim shirt with colored jeans by M2F Brand Denim in Tigerlily Wash and clogs for an afternoon of errands.
Charlize Theron does casual cool in indigo; head-to-toe in dark skinnies and a light chambray shirt by Current/Elliot.
Twilight's Ashley Greene keeps it casual chic in Kate Spade skinny jeans, light chambray shirt, and ballet flats.

Can you tell I'm so ready for spring? Back in white jeans... Again.
My family and I decided to explore the town and do some window shopping. Believe it or not, our 8 year old loves to look for "treasure" as much as his mommy. Although on this day, no word from him on my outfit. "I'm not commenting on anything fashion today."
The Look: Comfort first. And what's better than a sweatshirt? Love that this cropped style shows off the leopard belt; my sassy moment for the day. Everything else was understated and chic. The nude crossbody bag... Dying!! I love girly touches and this oversized bow is so me. Clogs for shopping were perfect and so comfortable. These were a steal!

As a "bag girl," it's always exciting to find out what the hot trends are going to be each season. Spotted on the runways from Fendi, Marc Jacobs to Jill Sander, we saw major color . From day to evening clutches, they came in all hues of punchy oranges, bold pinks, and blues... So fun for spring!
Tip: Bold-colored bags are a fabulous and easy way to ease into the bright trend. They look amazingly chic with nudes or take it up a notch by mixing it with an equally bold dress or blouse in contrasting colors.

Spring wardrobe planning for men... From preppy chic to rugged workman styles, we're seeing a major emphasis on the pant this season. Top on the list, the new chino. A little more refined than your basic khaki, this day to weekend style adds a casual chic vibe to both button-downs and knits.
Returning for another season, the bold check shirt in bright spring colors. Always a classic, the nautical sweater continues as a wardrobe must. And playing off last year's chambray trend, the denim workshirt takes on a tougher aesthetic with distressed washes and detailed stitching.

What to wear during this transitional season? Now is the time to start incorporating some of spring's brightest trends.
The Look: Combine dark denim with barely there nudes and sprinkle with bursts of color. A great watch, hints of gold, and a floral scarf gives this casual style a chic springy feel. I love fabulous wedges; this lace up is the perfect mix of booties meets sandal. Get this look head-to-toe for under $250!

More shoe talk for spring... With the weather warming up, we're kind of in a place of "what's the right shoe to wear?" For some, it's still too cold for sandals, but enough with the boots already. Right??
My "gotta have it" is the wedge bootie. It has just the right amount of coverage and a peep toe gives you a little bit of toe action. Plenty of height with the heels and they're surprisingly comfortable for running errands. Not slipping out of the shoe is another added benefit. Love that. Again, shades of nude will be the most versatile pick for spring .
